Art and Science in the Woods will take place June 9–13, 2025. Additional details will be available in February. Please note - in an effort to reduce traffic Friday evening - 3:00 pm is a designated pick up time for students not staying for the evening celebration. Please do not ask for other pick up times unless it is an emergency. Classes are often out exploring and it is often difficult to make special arrangements for individual students.
8:30 – 9:00 Meet in class groups
9:00 – 12:15 (Mon–Thurs) Major class
12:15-12:30 (Mon-Thurs) Regroup for minor class
12:30-3:00 (Mon-Thurs) Minor class
9:00 – 3:00 (Friday) All day Major class - 3:00 pm pick up time for any students not staying for the evening celebration.
3:00 -5:00 (Friday) Students whose families will join them and stay for the evening celebration may stay until 5:00 pm when families can meet their students in the pavilion gathering area for a picnic supper and ice cream! Bring lawn chairs or blankets and cash for ice cream.
Through approx. 7:30 p.m. (Friday) Families are invited to view displays and performances.
Silent Auction
Our popular Silent Auction will be held on Friday of camp week. This auction helps to allow the Art and Science in the Woods program to be continued.
